Last week I went to the Cheesecake Factory with some friends to celebrate my friend’s birthday.  The Cheesecake Factory is great, but it’s always so hard to order there because the menu is so extensive.  We chatted about how the servers there are lucky since they get to eat the food all the time and try everything.  Conversation continued as it does and somehow the idea of interviewing restaurant staff re. their personal favorite dish at our favorite local restaurants and posting them in a blog came up.  That idea turned into this page, so check in for recommendations (but not reviews, sorry!) from those who know the food best!

Travis recommends 'The Charlie.'

Travis recommended The Charlie, “hands down.” Linda recommended the Caprese, “the melt or the baguette.” I usually get the Caprese myself, but I decided to order the Gobbler instead. It was good, but I have to agree with Linda that the Caprese is the way to go!
